How to remove makeup with Concealer to cover dark circles?

Tools/Materials

Cotton swabs, paper towels, Makeup Remover

1. Prepare a cotton swab and paper towel, fold the paper towel in half on the lower eyelid as shown in the picture, close the eyes, and then use a cotton swab dipped in makeup remover to wipe off the roots of the eyelashes one by one. Then open your eyes, and put a paper towel on the bottom of the lower eyelashes, and then use a cotton swab to wipe down from the root of the eyelashes.

2. Dip a cotton pad with a special Eye Makeup Remover, and gently hold it on the eye area for 5 seconds to allow it to have enough time to dissolve the waterproof ingredients on the eyelashes and eyeliner.

3. Drip a little makeup remover onto the cotton pad, then slowly close your eyes, according to the texture of the eyelids, slowly wipe away from the tip of the eye to the end of the eye; look up when you remove the eyeliner. Try to avoid excessive stretching of the eye skin to avoid fine lines.

4. To clean the eyebrows, wipe gently from the inside and the outside, and then use the other side of the cotton pad to wipe from the outside to the inside against the direction of the eyebrows.

5. After removing the eyelashes and Eye Shadow, the residual makeup of eyeliner or eye shadow is still left in the small eyelashes and eyelid folds. Dip the makeup remover with a cotton swab and carefully wipe it perpendicular to the eyes. Avoid cosmetics staying on the delicate and delicate skin around the eyes.

6. Finally, gently wipe the eyebrows to remove eyebrow shadows.
