Concealer to hide dark circles

The following are the specific steps to use Concealer to cover dark circles:

1. Dab the moisturizing eye cream around the eyes to start the primer. Allow a few minutes for the skin around the eyes to fully absorb the eye cream, and then use the concealer so that it will not float on the skin surface.
